भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी) के महासचिव Sitaram Yechury, जो Delhi AIIMS,में गंभीर फेफड़ों के संक्रमण का इलाज करा रहे हैं, की हालत स्थिर है और उपचार का सकारात्मक असर दिख रहा है, पार्टी ने शुक्रवार, 6 सितंबर, 2024 को कहा।

सीपीआई(एम) ने घोषणा की है कि भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी) के महासचिव कॉमरेड सीताराम येचुरी इस समय नई दिल्ली स्थित AIIMS के गहन चिकित्सा कक्ष में उपचाराधीन हैं। फेफड़ों में गंभीर संक्रमण के कारण उनकी देखभाल की जा रही है।

उपचार के सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आ रहे हैं और कॉमरेड Sitaram’sयेचुरी की हालत अब स्थिर है। 72 वर्षीय नेता को निमोनिया जैसे सीने के संक्रमण के कारण August 19 को AIIMS में भर्ती कराया गया था। अस्पताल ने उनकी बीमारी के बारे में कोई विशेष जानकारी साझा नहीं की है।
